In Washington State, we have already seen legislation proposed to allow police to enter your home and search your bedroom for lawfully owned firearms without a warrant or court order. I-591 specifically forbids confiscation without due process (remember hurricane Katrina?) while maintaining and protecting a uniform standard background check system.
